You know those conversations you have. Where one person likes a track and another doesnt. One thinks its genius and the other says 'what planet are you on??' Even amongst best of buddies you never know exactly which way its gonna go. Even amongst band members! This is what dance music will tear us apart is about. Funknslocuts and Gimme A C! have thrown us three tracks each. Ruth from Minuit gifted them lyrics to do tunes in whatever styles they like 'em for the dancefloor. Enjoy! Or not (haha). Cos you got the choice. This EP is dedicated to those who have the choice taken away from them.

In 2009, ruffians killed a woman well known for her dancing in a community in Pakistan. Did that stop the locals? Of course it did. Next day handwritten notes were scrawled across doors saying,
“We have stopped dancing, please do not knock on our door.”

Dig out the music you like - find it, turn it up and dance in whatever crazy way your limbs are inclined. Dance cos ya can. Dance til the wolves bang on your door. After that we have no further advice...
